  • American Historical Association, Annual Meeting, Atlanta, Georgia, Jan.7-10, 2016.  Ghosts of Amistad has been awarded the 2015 John. E. O’Connor Film Award for Best Documentary.  The award will be conferred at a ceremony on January 7 ,7:30 pm, in the Hilton Atlanta’s Grand Ballroom D, immediately following the meeting’ welcome reception.  A screening of the film will be scheduled during the meeting, date/time/venue TBA.  American Historical Association Annual Meeting.
